These terms and conditions govern your participation in GO!Fest 2026, organised by All Souls’ Church, Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. By registering for or attending GO!Fest 2026 in any capacity — as an attendee, vendor, or volunteer — you agree to these terms in full.
1. The Event
GO!Fest 2026 is a one-day professional conference taking place on Saturday, 13 June 2026 at All Souls’ Hall, Lekki, Lagos. The conference is free to attend. Organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, schedule, speakers, or venue arrangements without prior notice. Every effort will be made to communicate significant changes in advance.
2. Registration
Registration is compulsory for all attendees, vendors, and volunteers. You must register using accurate and complete information. Submitting false or misleading registration details may result in cancellation of your registration without notice. Registrations are non-transferable. Your registration is personal to you and may not be passed to another individual.
3. Attendance and Access
Entry to GO!Fest 2026 is by QR code presented at the registration desk. Your unique QR code is issued to your registered email address upon successful registration. You are responsible for ensuring you have access to your QR code on event day. Walk-in registration is available subject to capacity. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the venue at their discretion.
4. Code of Conduct
All participants — attendees, vendors, volunteers, and guests — are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy, respect, and professionalism throughout the event. Behaviour that is disruptive, offensive, discriminatory, or harmful to others will not be tolerated. The organisers reserve the right to remove any individual from the venue without refund or compensation for breach of this code.
5. Photography, Video, and Media
GO!Fest 2026 will be photographed and filmed. By attending you consent to being photographed or filmed as part of the event audience. Media captured at GO!Fest 2026 may be used by the organisers for event documentation, social media, publicity, and future GO!Fest promotional materials. If you have specific concerns about being included in media content please speak to a member of the registration team on arrival.
6. Vendors and Exhibitors
Vendors and exhibitors are allocated space at the sole discretion of the organisers. Allocation of a vendor stand does not constitute an endorsement of the vendor’s products or services by All Souls’ Church, Lekki or any affiliated organisation. Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, stock, and conduct. Vendors must comply with the event code of conduct and any additional instructions issued by the event team. The organisers reserve the right to require a vendor to vacate their stand if these conditions are not met.
7. Volunteers
Volunteers serve at the discretion of the organisers and may be reassigned or stood down at any time. Volunteers are required to attend any briefing session communicated to them prior to the event. Volunteers represent GO!Fest and All Souls’ Church, Lekki and are expected to maintain the highest standard of conduct and professionalism at all times.
8. Liability
GO!Fest 2026 is a free event. Attendance is at your own risk. The organisers, All Souls’ Church, Lekki, and all affiliated organisations accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience suffered by any participant, including loss of personal property at the venue. Participants are responsible for their own transportation, safety, and wellbeing.
9. Cancellation and Changes
The organisers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to adverse weather, civil disruption, venue unavailability, or public health emergencies. In the event of cancellation, registered attendees will be notified by email. No compensation will be payable for cancellation of a free event.
10. Data and Privacy
Your personal data is collected and used in accordance with the GO!Fest 2026 Privacy Policy, available at gofestlive.com/privacy-policy.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising in connection with GO!Fest 2026 shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
